Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using UGC Edge ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service. We may update these Terms at any time — continued use means you accept the changes.
2. What We Provide
UGC Edge is a tool that helps UGC creators generate, design, and share pitch pages for brand collaborations. We use AI to generate pitch copy from job descriptions you provide. We do not guarantee any specific results, responses from brands, or paid collaborations.
3. Your Account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You may not use the Service to impersonate others, send spam, or violate any applicable laws.
4. Your Content
You own the content you upload — portfolio links, bios, pitch copy, and media. By uploading content you grant us a limited licence to store and display it as part of the Service. We don't sell your content or use it to train AI models.
5. Plans & Billing
Free accounts are available indefinitely with usage limits. Paid plans (Starter and Pro) are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time — your plan remains active until the end of the billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
6. Prohibited Uses
You may not: attempt to reverse-engineer the Service, scrape content at scale, use it to generate misleading or fraudulent pitches, or resell access without permission.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Termination removes your access to the Service but we may retain certain data as required by law.
8. Disclaimer & Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any lost revenue, missed opportunities, or other indirect damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to any claim.
